Great article Marteen! I love the idea of a Product Review. I'll share it far and wide! 2 things - I'm not convinced about using the plural form of Sprint Goals in the context of one Sprint - smells of an antipattern. It might be worthwile to mention Liberating Structures as a way to improve Reviews - still not as many formats as Retros, but it's sth and sth good!
Good that you're raising that, I talked about Sprint Goals, because you could do a single multi-team Sprint Review for teams working on the same Product. Every team would have their own Sprint Goal, but the product would have a single Product Goal. Of course, the team would still have a single Sprint Goal.
This is a great topic and post. It's timely for me in what I've been working through myself. Sometimes I wonder if there's a change management component to just train stakeholders on what they should be doing/how they should be interacting in these demos. Several of the orgs I've been in only demo randomly with big features/epics so they often just kind of sit there and listen/maybe fall asleep.
By far the hardest event to nail! Also with increased remote working, I find it even more reduced to a demo/ presentation. Thanks for the thought provoking ideas.
Nice article, Marteen, as well as the template.
Thanks!!!

Hope it makes more sense now!
It certainly does, but it was clear from the article. Thanks!
