It's crazy that I read this 2 hours after having a conversation about why we shouldn't plan sprints ahead and how it won't fix any problems. All these questions and answers just gave me a better opinion that in fact we should all collaborate, trust each other and find flexible solutions so that we can react to reality (instead of over plan everything to have a sense of security)
It never ceases to amaze me our very human propensity for tricking ourselves that we know the future. Or, put another way, if we could just hold the world still for a sprint... we'd be golden. :)
