The phrase "Humble Planning" is the absolute antithesis of most Project Managers I've worked with but has a very important honesty about it. I usually start a new piece of work by saying "the plan is wrong, but it's still a useful guide - our job over the coming weeks is to learn more about our problem space so that we can make the plan less wrong."
